To use NYELUX, you must:

• Be a healthcare professional or authorized vendor representative
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You agree to use NYELUX only for:

• Legitimate healthcare and medical device management purposes
• Activities that comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Professional use within your scope of practice

You agree NOT to:

• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation

All content on NYELUX, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NYELUX or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from NYELUX.

Your use of NYELUX is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining HIPAA compliance. We never collect or store patient information.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NYELUX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NYELUX and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

During the beta period, NYELUX is provided "as is" and may contain bugs or errors. Features may change or be discontinued. Beta users provide feedback to help improve the platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
